Order Processing Time:
Regular order processing time is up to 5 business days, which excludes weekends & holidays.
If volume is higher than usual, order processing time can take up to 10 business days. Processing time is longer for orders placed during sales. Current processing time is listed on the checkout page.
We welcome international customers & ship to many countries.
We are not resposible for any VAT/customs charges.
Please, please, please, do not ask us to mark as 'gift' or to write a lower total on your customs form.
If you need to split your order into 2 or more packages, you can choose the split order option at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If a package is heavier than our average, we will contact you regarding extra shipping costs. In some cases, large orders are better off costwise to ship via Priority Flat Rate.
Right after your order has been successfully placed, it will show an "Accepted" or "Pending" status, depending on your payment method.
Accepted: Your order is in queue.
Pending: Awaiting notification of payment completion.
Completed: Your order is ready to ship or will ship very soon.
Unpaid: Your order is unpaid or partially paid.
Active: VIP Coven orders will show as 'active' if your membership is current.
Backorder: Items in your order are delayed.
Partially Shipped: Some items have shipped. You will get another package with the remainder of the order.
Declined: Your order or payment was declined.
Void: Your order was voided/canceled.
Customer Order Cancellation:
A customer may order may be cancelled if it has not shipped. If your order is in the "Completed" status, it is too late to cancel.
Refurn/refusal to accept delivery(when order ships before customer attempt to cancel):
Refused orders will be charged a return shipping + a 50% restocking/handling fee. Also, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you'd like to cancel and just get store credit, I would be happy to arrange it.
Our right to refuse/cancel orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
If you are a first time customer and place a large order, we may ask for further verification to process your order. All Orders: We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified of any changes or cancellation regarding your order. A refund will be issued, if applicable. 99% of orders are processed and shipped without any issues. We send all USPS orders with delivery confirmation. Upon delivery confirmed by the shipping company(USPS,FedEx,UPS,DHL), we will consider your order delivered. Insurance is optional. You may choose the option to add insurance at checkout. We ship USA orders $75 and up for free including delivery confirmation & insurance. There is no replacement on lost packages or items damaged during shipping, unless your order was sent insured. This option is available at checkout. If it is insured & lost, we will work with you and USPS to locate the package. If USPS cannot locate it, we will file a claim with them and send out an order replacement. If it is insured & damaged, you must keep all damages for the USPS to inspect. We will work with you and the USPS to credit or replace the damages.
Sales, Discounts & Promotions -
I know what it's like to buy something at regular price, only to have it go on sale shortly afterward. So, as a courtesy to our customers, we offer a price & promo guarantee. Read below for the details.
Sale items - If within 14 days of your purchase date, an item from that order drops in price, let us know and we will issue a store credit for the difference. Just e-mail us your previous order # and the item name. We will then issue you a store credit code to use on your next order. Please note, that we do not issue price satisfaction credits to your credit card, Paypal, or other payment method. This guarantee only applies to products purchased from Morgana. Excluded are discount/coupon codes, which are good only for period stated. Discount codes do not apply to previous orders or orders placed after the code's expiration.
Promotions such as 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' -
If, within 14 days after purchasing a product, that item goes on a 'Buy 1, Get 1 Free' promotion, we will be happy to include free item with your next order. Just e-mail us your your new order # & previous order # with your request and we will add the item to your shipment. You have 60 days from your last purchase to make your next purchase in order to receive this promotion. Example: You purchased a kabuki brush on 8/1 and on 8/10 it goes on promo with a free foundation. You can place an order on or before Sept 30 to request the free foundation. Any other promotions/discounts are ineligible for price credits at this time.
As a very small company, we cannot afford to accept returns. If you have an issue with a product, please fill out our contact form within 72 hours of receiving that item.
If your package was lost/stolen and insured, it will be replaced upon the shipping insurance company's approval of the claim. If replacement is not available, you will be refunded. For US orders, insurance is an option at checkout or is included for Priority Mail packages under $50.
Please be aware that Morgana is a micro-business so refunds aren't always instant. Your refund may be sent via Paypal E-Check which can take around 5 business days.
